ZeroUpload provides free, browser-based file conversion tools. All conversions are performed locally on your own device. The Service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.

Always keep a copy of your original files.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROUPLOAD AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. Because your files are processed only on your own device and are never uploaded to us, we never hold or control them.
6. Intellectual property
The ZeroUpload name, branding, and site content are the property of their respective owners. The Service is built on open-source software, used in accordance with its respective licenses.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dhaka, Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
